Welcome, I’m Gabriella

I’m Gabriella Lehmkuhle, a licensed associate therapist and certified yoga teacher based in Coastal Georgia. I specialize in nervous system responses and the mind-body connection. Through therapy, yoga, and education, I help people navigate life’s challenges with greater capacity and self-trust.

I created this space to offer accessible mind-body education and practices. I believe understanding the connection between your mind and body—and how your nervous system shapes your responses to stress, emotions, and daily life—can bring more clarity and ease into everyday living. When you can notice your patterns more clearly, it becomes easier to feel grounded, understand your reactions, and build self-trust over time.
